Thermotropic Liquid Crystalline Polymer Fibers

高分子液晶60mol%p-hydroxybenzoic acid/40mol% ethylene terephthalateを磁場 (6T) 中で配向させ, 配向フィルムの構造, 物性解析を行った. 磁場配向フィルムは同程度の配向度をもつ機械配向フィルムに匹敵する弾性率を示した. 破断強度は磁場配向フィルムの方が低い値を示したが, これは配向構造の相違に起因するものと考えられる. 熱膨張率の配向度依存性は機械配向させた液晶性高分子あるいは結晶性高分子と同様の傾向を示した. 結晶性高分子poly (ethylene-2, 6-naphthalate) (PEN) およびisotactic polystyreneが磁場 (6T) 中, 融点付近の熱処理により磁場配向することを見いだした.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.
