Parallel repetition of local simultaneous state discrimination [PDF]
Local simultaneous state discrimination (LSSD) is a recently introduced problem in quantum information processing. Its classical version is a non-local game played by non-communicating players against a referee. Based on a known probability distribution,

Guessing More Secrets via List Decoding [PDF]
Summary: We consider the following game introduced by \textit{F. Chung}, \textit{R. Graham} and \textit{T. Leighton} [Electron. J. Comb. 8, No. 1, Research paper R13, 25 p. (2001; Zbl 0961.68100)]. One player, \({\mathbf A}\), picks \(k>1\) secrets from a universe of \(N\) possible secrets, and another player, \({\mathbf B}\), tries to gain as much ...

Mettl3‐Mediated m6A Modification Represents a Novel Therapeutic Target for FSGS
This study explores the roles of Mettl3‐induced N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) modifications in Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). The findings reveal that inhibition of Mettl3 results in podocyte injury by modulating the TJP1CDC42 pathway. Moreover, Administration of N6‐methyladenosine attenuates the FSGS phenotype in WT mice induced by Adriamycin ...

Nanoscale Mapping of the Subcellular Glycosylation Landscape
Using multiplexed super‐resolution imaging with fluorophore‐labeled lectins, this study reports intracellular glycosylation at the nanoscale across organelles and synaptic specializations. Extending glycan analysis beyond the cell surface, Glyco‐STORM reveals distinct glycosylation nanodomains in the ER, Golgi, lysosomes, and synaptic sites.

Chromatin Topology Reconfiguration Orchestrates Thermotolerant Male Fertility via GhAL5 in Cotton
This study investigates cotton’s high‐temperature (HT) response using multi‑omics. Dynamic 3D genome changes drive expression bias affecting male fertility. The tolerant line shows controlled chromatin dynamics, while the sensitive line exhibits overactivation.

Robust Video List Decoding in Error-Prone Transmission Systems Using a Deep Learning Approach
This paper introduces a novel deep-learning assisted video list decoding method for error-prone video transmission systems. Unlike traditional list decoding techniques, our proposed system uses a Transformer-based no-reference image quality assessment ...

This study identifies elevated taurocholic acid (TCA) in Major Depressive Disorder patients. Gut microbiome‐associated TCA impairs hippocampal neurogenesis, triggers microglia activation, and elicits depression‐like behavior in mice via the S1PR2. In patients, functional neuroimaging reveals that serum TCA levels correlate with altered functional ...

List Decoding for Binary Goppa Codes [PDF]
This paper presents a Patterson-style list-decoding algorithm for classical irreducible binary Goppa codes. The algorithm corrects, in polynomial time, approximately $n - \sqrt{n(n-2t-2)}$ errors in a length-n classical irreducible degree-t binary Goppa code. Compared to the best previous polynomial-time list-decoding algorithms for the same codes, the
