Generalized Kibria-Lukman Estimator: Method, Simulation, and Application
In the linear regression model, the multicollinearity effects on the ordinary least squares (OLS) estimator performance make it inefficient. To solve this, several estimators are given. The Kibria-Lukman (KL) estimator is a recent estimator that has been

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

Count data often exhibit dispersion patterns that the standard Poisson regression model struggles to handle, particularly in cases of overdispersion or underdispersion. The generalized Poisson regression model (GPRM) provides a more flexible alternative,

The multicollinearity problem occurrence of the explanatory variables affects the least-squares (LS) estimator seriously in the regression models. The multicollinearity adverse effects on the LS estimation are also investigated by lots of authors.

CX3CL1 in Early Detection of Alzheimer's Disease: Plasma Dynamics Across Age and Disease Stages
ABSTRACT Backgrounds Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by amyloid‐beta plaques, tau tangles, and neuroinflammation. C‐X3‐C motif chemokine ligand 1 (CX3CL1, also known as fractalkine), a neuroimmune chemokine implicated in AD pathogenesis, shows inconsistent alterations in plasma/serum across studies.

The Poisson maximum likelihood (PML) is used to estimate the coefficients of the Poisson regression model (PRM). Since the resulting estimators are sensitive to outliers, different studies have provided robust Poisson regression estimators to alleviate ...

Impact of Asymptomatic Intracranial Hemorrhage on Outcome After Endovascular Stroke Treatment
ABSTRACT Background Endovascular treatment (EVT) achieves high rates of recanalization in acute large‐vessel occlusion (LVO) stroke, but functional recovery remains heterogeneous. While symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) has been well studied, the prognostic impact of asymptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (aICH) after EVT is less certain ...

A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis of the Recurrence of Autoimmune Encephalitis
ABSTRACT Objective Autoimmune encephalitis (AE) is a disease with a potential for recurrence, and patients receive immunotherapy to prevent it. However, there is no consensus on the duration of immunotherapy. This study aimed to determine the recurrence rate and identify the risk factors for AE to provide guidance on the duration of immunotherapy ...

New Versions of Liu-type Estimator in Weighted and non-weighted Mixed Regression Model
This paper considers and proposes new estimators that depend on the sample and on prior information in the case that they either are equally or are not equally important in the model.
