Label-based protection scheme of vTPM secret

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2018
The virtual trusted platform module (vTPM) played an important role in virtualization of trusted computing.According to security problems of existed vTPM,a protection scheme based on vTPM label was proposed.Firstly,a vTPM label was created for each ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

iMIG: Toward an adaptive live migration method for KVM virtual machines

open access: yes, 2014
With the energy and power costs increasing alongside the growth of the IT infrastructures, achieving workload concentration and high availability in cloud computing environments is becoming more and more complex. Virtual machine (VM) migration has become

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Traffic-Sensitive Live Migration of Virtual Machines [PDF]

open access: yes2015 15th IEEE/ACM International Symposium on Cluster, Cloud and Grid Computing, 2015
In this paper we address the problem of network contention between the migration traffic and the Virtual Machine (VM) application traffic for the live migration of co-located Virtual Machines. When VMs are migrated with pre-copy, they run at the source host during the migration.

From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...
