Cauchy problem for equations with loadings on surfaces
Ukrainian Mathematical Journal, 1988The authors consider differential equations which include not only values of a function in the points of some region but also its values in the points of submanifolds of smaller dimension. A theorem about correctness of the Cauchy problem for a class of such equations is proved.

A reappraisal of the Engelund bed load equation

Reaeration Equations and Waste‐Load Allocations
Journal of Environmental Engineering, 1991This technical note estimates the possible effects on calculated critical dissolved oxygen deficits of using reaeration equations as compared to measured reaeration rates. Differences between observed and calculated reaeration coefficients can produce changes of about 30 percent in the calculated critical dissolved oxygen deficits.
