Neutron-loaded outflows in gamma-ray bursts
Relativistic neutron-loaded outflows in gamma-ray bursts are studied at their early stages, before deceleration by a surrounding medium. The outflow has four components: radiation, electrons, protons and neutrons.

Physical-topological modelling techniques of metal induction evaporator [PDF]
На основі декомпозиції фізичних процесів, що протікають в індукційному випарнику, представлена його ієрархічна фізико-топологічна модель, де магнітне поле струмів індуктора описується рівнянням в часткових похідних щодо комплексної амплітуди векторного ...

Neural controlled differential equations for residential heating load prediction
Abstract State of the art control schemes for residential HVAC systems are underutilized due to the small margins of improvement compared to the modeling costs. This study explores the application of neural controlled differential equations (NCDEs) as a data-driven approach to predict baseboard energy usage in residential heating ...

A Study of Evaporation Heat Transfer Coefficient Correlations at Low Heat and Mass Fluxes for Pure Refrigerants and Refrigerant Mixtures [PDF]
An average R12 refrigerant correlation has been developed for the mass flux range of 25-100 kg/m2-s and the heat flux range of 2-10 kW/m2. Refrigerant mixtures of 80% R22/lO% R141b and 65% R22/35% R123 have also been tested over asjrniJar range of ...

Heat conduction in graphene flakes with inhomogeneous mass interface
Using nonequilibrium molecular dynamics simulations, we study the heat conduction in graphene flakes composed by two regions. One region is mass-loaded and the other one is intact.
