Resistance to Locust Leafminer (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) in Black Locust
Journal of Economic Entomology, 2003Locust leafminer, Odontota dorsalis (Thunberg), activity was observed for 2 yr on 70 black locust, Robinia pseudoacacia L., trees grown from seed collected from its native range. Four black locust seedlings from Tennessee had low numbers of eggs, larvae, pupae, and mines, and were selected for clonal propagation.
