Enhanced Intracellular Stability and Translation Efficiency of mRNA Drugs by a 2‐arm mRNA Platform
We constructed a 2‐arm mRNA, characterized by a unique topology formed through the dimerization of two mRNA 3’ tails. The 2‐arm mRNA improves 3’ tail stability and resistance to nuclease degradation, resulting in an intracellular half‐life of up to 65 h. This method substantially enhances the translation capacity of mRNA drugs.

A New View of the Spiral Structure of the Northern Outer Milky Way in Carbon Monoxide
Based on 32,162 molecular clouds from the Milky Way Imaging Scroll Painting project, we obtain new face-on molecular gas maps of the northern outer Galaxy. The total molecular gas surface density map reveals three segments of spirals, extending 16–43 kpc

Fitting an Origin-Displaced Logarithmic Spiral to Empirical Data by Differential Evolution Method of Global Optimization [PDF]
Logarithmic spirals are abundantly observed in nature. Gastropods (such as nautilus, cowie, grove snail, thatcher, etc.) in the mollusca phylum have spiral shells, mostly exhibiting logarithmic spirals vividly. Spider webs show a similar pattern. The low-

Water‐Mediated Phosphoryl Wires Stabilize Pathological Tau Fibrils
Extended 1D phosphoryl “wires” stabilize in‐register amyloid tau fibrils, as demonstrated by multiple‐quantum spin‐counting NMR, TEM, and MD simulations, using fibrils of tau peptide jR2R3‐P301L (tau295–313) with phosphorylation at S305 or Y310. ABSTRACT Hyperphosphorylation of tau is a hallmark of tauopathies, with specific phosphorylation sites ...
