SLC25A13 is identified as an immunometabolic driver of triple‐negative breast cancer that sustains ferroptosis resistance and immune evasion through a STAT3–IFI6 circuit. Pharmacologic degradation of SLC25A13 restores ferroptosis sensitivity and enhances anti‐PD‐1 efficacy, highlighting a strategy to convert immune‐cold tumors into immunotherapy ...

Electrochemically Triggered Supramolecular Polymerization Under Kinetic Control
Chemical and electrochemical stimuli enable controlled supramolecular polymerization of perylene diimide–histidine (PDI–His). Redox processes mediate the transformation of kinetically trapped aggregates into thermodynamically stable nanofibers, thereby supporting seeded growth. This approach provides a strategy for regulating self‐assembly pathways and

Generalized logarithmic spirals for low-thrust trajectory design
Shape-based approaches are practical for finding sub-optimal solutions during the preliminary design of low-thrust trajectories. Logarithmic spirals are the simplest, but of little practical interest due to having a constant flight-path angle.

AI‐Designed Cyclic Peptides Enable Controllable Modulation of the CD28 Immune Checkpoint
AI‐designed cyclic peptides enable controllable modulation of the CD28 immune checkpoint through reversible disruption of CD28‐CD80/CD86 interactions. The lead peptide, CIP‐3, suppresses T‐cell activation without intrinsic agonist activity, demonstrates dose‐dependent efficacy in a murine colitis model, and attenuates inflammatory cytokine production ...

Antimicrobial resistance caused by Gram‐negative bacteria remains difficult to overcome due to the protective outer membrane. To address this challenge, a multi‐condition constrained generative AI framework, GenMTAMP is proposed for de novo membrane‐targeting antimicrobial peptide design by integrating physicochemical and spatial structure descriptors.

Loxodromic Spirals in M. C. Escher\u27s Sphere Surface
Loxodromic spirals are the analogues in spherical geometry of logarithmic spirals on the plane. M.C. Escher\u27s 1958 woodcut Sphere Surface is an image of black and white fish arranged along eight spiral paths on the surface of a sphere.

Phylogenetic and biochemical analyses of the heme transporter CydDC reveal its functional conservation throughout bacterial evolution and demonstrate its unique asymmetric allosteric mechanism. Furthermore, impairment of CydDC function directly affects bacterial antibiotic resistance and likely compromises antibiotic efficacy through drug efflux.

Periprosthetic joint infection establishes a sophisticated immunosuppressive network between CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSCs and Bregs, inducing profound CD8+ T cell paralysis. Alendronate effectively disrupts this CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSC–Breg axis by targeting STAT3, thereby restoring local immune surveillance.

A method of automatic shape depiction and information extraction for oceanic eddies in SAR images
Synthetic aperture radar(SAR)provides a large amount of image data for the observation and research of oceanic eddies. The use of SAR images to automatically depict the shape of eddies and extract the eddy information is of great significance to the study
