Logistics Service Map Prototype
2017Concentration on core competencies in logistics requires collaboration between logistics service providers in order to fulfill complex customer demands. The increasing demand for flexibility in logistics is facing the heterogeneity of the providers. This creates a challenging field for planning complex supply chains.

Generalized Smooth Transition Map Between Tent and Logistic Maps
International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, 2017There is a continuous demand on novel chaotic generators to be employed in various modeling and pseudo-random number generation applications. This paper proposes a new chaotic map which is a general form for one-dimensional discrete-time maps employing the power function with the tent and logistic maps as special cases.

The Map of Logistics Technologies Used in Corporate Logistics
Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2014Corporate logistics a major tool used to facilitate corporate goals. By definition it is a set of tasks, arranged in a way that promotes optimum material, information and value flow during the transformation process. As the above definition implies, the corporate logistics provides visualization of material flow throughout the corporation.

Symmetric encryption using logistic map
2012 1st International Conference on Recent Advances in Information Technology (RAIT), 2012In Symmetric cryptography both the sender and receiver agree with the same key before they start communicating secretly. Same key is used for encryption and decryption. The communication is secret as long as the key is kept secret. A desirable property of symmetric encryption is termed as avalanche effect by which two different keys produces different ...

Master equation for the logistic map
Physical Review A, 1990A master equation is constructed that provides a stochastic description underlying the logistic map. In an appropriate macroscopic limit, the underlying master map (equation) yields the logistic map. It also describes intrinsic fluctuations associated with the logistic map.

Determinantal solution of the logistic map
Journal of Physics A: Mathematical and General, 1998The paper deals with the logistic (quadratic) map (shortly LM) which has a broad spectrum of applications in physics, biology, economy and fractal geometry. The author proves that the solution of the LM can be written in a closed form or equivalently it can be given as the characteristic polynomial of a simple matrix that is explicitly written down for

Synchronization of Chains of Logistic Maps
We study the synchronisation dynamics of a chain of coupled chaotic maps arranged in a parent-children configuration, with each parent node connected to two children nodes, one of which is also the parent of the next node. We analyse two distinct phenomena: parent-child synchronisation, characterised by the vanishing distance between consecutive nodes,Franco Bagnoli +3 more

CONTROLLING THE CHAOTIC LOGISTIC MAP
PRIMUS, 1997ABSTRACT Chaos control is completely presented, including targeting, stabilization, and the OGY (Ogy, Greboki, Yorke) technique in the context of the logistic map. By restricting the discussion to this one-dimensional map, all the required tools and techniques are accessible to undergraduate students.
