AC corrosion interference of buried long distance pipeline

2021 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Control, Measurement and Signal Processing and Intelligent Oil Field (ICMSP), 2021
The interference law and calculation model of AC transmission lines and other AC facilities on buried long distance pipeline are briefly described. The main influence law of AC current on the passivation behavior of pipeline steel materials is summarized.

Geological Hazard Assessment of Long-Distance Gas Pipelines

ICPTT 2009, 2009
Now, all over the world, geologic hazards have became primary threatens to the natural gas pipelines. Almost all the long-distance gas pipelines pass though diversiform geologic circumstances and encounter many sorts of geologic hazards such as sink, slope movement, mud/landslide and seismic threat etc.

Analysis of the Long-Distance Pipeline Failure Modes

Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2013
The pipeline which is plugged after leaking will spend a lot of resources, therefore it is imperative to investigate safety analyzing method of pipeline. To reduce the production cost that timely test and evaluate the in-service pipeline, and take measures to extend the life span have been the key matter. To solve this problem, the article demonstrates

Fossil Fuels Long Distance Pipeline Transport

2006
The paper deals with pipeline transport of fossil fuels. A general analysis of different ways of pipeline transport of coal, heavy viscous crude oil and natural gas or its products, capsule pipeline transport of coal and solidified crude oil in LNG is introduced. An advantage of common carrier transport system, based on LNG and liquid hydrocarbons used

Long-Distance Oil Pipeline's Running Process and Control Operations

ICPTT 2014, 2014
Long-distance oil pipeline controlled the hydraulic and thermal system through the SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) system. Hydraulic controls included a stable and non-stable condition pressure control while thermal control mainly ensured that the downstream pitted oil temperature was 3°C higher than the freezing point.
