Impact of Seasonal Composition on the Long‐Term Performance of Post‐Consumer Recycled Polypropylene

open access: yesJournal of Applied Polymer Science, Volume 143, Issue 15, April 15, 2026.
Ten batches of post‐consumer polypropylene recyclate were examined over a period of 15 months. Despite identical MFR and density specifications, there were significant differences in their composition, affecting mechanical performance. Elongation at break and crack resistance varied particularly strongly.

In Vitro Evaluation of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus Translocation in 3D Printed Material

open access: yesJournal of Biomedical Materials Research Part A, Volume 114, Issue 3, March 2026.
Illustration of bacteria translocating into the lumen of the vasculature through tissue and through a hydrogel matrix. We hypothesized that one was more challenging than the other. We found that while proliferation and penetration depth were similar, breakthrough from hydrogel matricies was higher.

Pleuroparenchymal Fibroelastosis With a Nodular Shadow Considered To Be Rounded Atelectasis: A Case Report

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.
This report describes the unique clinical course and long‐term survival of two patients with unilateral PPFE who survived for > 10 years. None of the patients had a history of pleurisy or asbestos exposure. One patient had a pleural nodule ipsilateral to the unilateral PPFE lesion, and the other had a pleural nodule contralateral to the PPFE lesion. In

Visible‐Shortwave Infrared (VSWIR) Spectral Parameters for the Lunar Trailblazer High‐Resolution Volatiles and Minerals Moon Mapper (HVM3)

open access: yesEarth and Space Science, Volume 13, Issue 3, March 2026.
Abstract The Lunar Trailblazer smallsat mission High‐resolution Volatiles and Minerals Moon Mapper (HVM3) science instrument was designed to acquire targeted spectral image cubes of the lunar surface at visible to shortwave infrared (VSWIR) wavelengths (0.6–3.6 μm) in an effort to understand the distribution, abundance, and form (OH, H2O, ice) of lunar
