A CASE OF AN ILEUS CAUSED BY INGESTION OF THE LOTUS ROOT
症例は57歳,女性.腹痛,嘔吐を主訴に当院来院しCT検査にてイレウスと診断された.開腹歴はなかったが, CTにて糞便様の腫瘤を認め,身体所見にて歯牙の欠損を認めたためイレウスの原因として食餌性も考えられた.よって詳しく問診を行ったが,誘因となるような食餌の摂取歴はなかった.入院にて保存的治療を開始したが,翌日腹部症状の増悪,アシドーシスの進行を認めたため緊急開腹術施行し,蓮根による食餌性イレウスと診断された.蓮根によるイレウスは,本症例が初の報告であり,非常に稀であると考えられた.腸管に器質的変化がなく現在までに食餌性イレウスの誘因として報告された食餌でなくても,歯牙欠損,咀嚼不十分,消化不良の食餌摂取といった条件がそろえば食餌性イレウスは発症しうると考えられた ...
