Low-voltage differential amplifier
2009 16th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems - (ICECS 2009), 2009A low-voltage differential amplifier constructed by bulk-driven PMOS transistors is proposed in this paper. A local positive feedback is utilized that boosts the input transconductance and improve the noise performance. The input common-mode range is also compared to the gate-driven counterpart.

IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, 1993
An overall view on low-voltage device and circuit design is presented, beginning with a discussion of the low-voltage limit. Low-voltage device design is then described. Low-voltage CMOS and BiCMOS logic circuits are discussed. Circuit techniques for the low-voltage DRAMs and SRAMs are presented.

Low Voltage Analogue Multiplier
APCCAS 2006 - 2006 IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems, 2006With the reduction in supply voltages in order to minimize power dissipation, arises the need for a low voltage analogue multiplier. Developed is a multiplier that operates at as low a voltage as that required to bias a single n-MOS transistor by utilizing CMOS, as against the conventional multipliers which use either n-MOS or p-MOS transistor in the ...

Low-voltage arc sustainability
2017 IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop (ESW), 2017Arc Flash in low voltage equipment (480 volts and below) is a safety issue that can impact work practices for electrical workers. When estimating incident energy for low voltage equipment, the duration of the arc is typically the driving factor. This paper summarizes previous testing results that establish arc sustainability for various equipment ...
