A Low Voltage Low Power CMOS Implementation of Second Generation Orderly Current Buffer

open access: yesIranian Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 2019
In this paper, a novel low voltage low power current buffer was presented. The proposed structure was implemented in CMOS technology and is the second generation of OCB (orderly current buffer) called OCBII.

A 6.4 ppm/℃ and low power consumption bandgap voltage reference

open access: yesDianzi Jishu Yingyong, 2019
This paper proposed an innovative CMOS bandgap reference with both low current consumption and high precision over a wide temperature range. The proposed bandgap reference was designed using a standard 0.18 μm CMOS technology.

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Power converter for ultra low-frequency and low-voltage energy harvesters

open access: yesMicro and Nano Systems Letters
Energy conversion mechanisms present in some harvesters are only able to provide very low voltage (mV) and frequency (few Hz) electrical signals, which may also have a bipolar nature (AC).

Multistage depressed collector for dual mode operation [PDF]

open access: yes, 1981
A depressed collector which captures the spent electrons of a microwave transmitting tube at high efficiency in both high and low power modes of operation is described. The collector comprises entrance and end electrodes, the end electrode having a spike

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF ELECTRIC POWER IN LOW VOLTAGE NETWORKS

open access: yesИзвестия высших учебных заведений: Проблемы энергетики, 2019
This article is devoted to development of actions for improvement of quality of the electric power in low voltage networks, by installation of booster transformers (BT), and to calculation of economic effect in comparison with alternative versions of the

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.
