Design Issues for Low Voltage Low Power CMOS Folded Cascode LNAs

open access: yesMajlesi Journal of Electrical Engineering
Design and simulation results of fully integrated 5-GHz CMOS LNAs are presented in this paper. Three different input impedance matching techniques are considered. Using a simple L-C network, the parasitic input resistance of a MOSFET is converted to a 50

DESIGN OF LOW VOLTAGE LOW POWER OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electronics and Electical Engineering, 2015
This Thesis presents a design of the Folded-cascade operational amplifier which leads to high gain as compared to a normal cascade circuit. In this project; specifications of analog systems into op amp level net-lists of library components is studied and simulated using XILINX.

A Survey of Non-conventional Techniques for Low-voltage Low-power Analog Circuit Design [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Designing integrated circuits able to work under low-voltage (LV) low-power (LP) condition is currently undergoing a very considerable boom. Reducing voltage supply and power consumption of integrated circuits is crucial factor since in general it ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Low-Voltage Low-Power Second-Generation Current Conveyors

open access: yesIEEJ Transactions on Electronics, Information and Systems, 2000
This paper proposes second-generation current conveyors (CCII's) for low supply voltage operation. The power consumption of the proposed circuits is much lower than that of a conventional circuit. A method for reducing the effect caused by channel-length modulation is also proposed.

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Adaptive control circuit prevents amplifier saturation [PDF]

open access: yes, 1968
Adaptive control circuit prevents saturation of push-pull output amplifiers used in low-power, low-torque suspension system. The adaptive control circuit senses how near the output amplifiers are to saturation and sets the B voltage in such a way as to ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Cell‐cycle‐specific lesion evolution rather than inhibition of double‐strand‐break repair underpins cisplatin radiosensitization

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...
