Massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding due to Dieulafoy lesion of colon

A 25-year-old man with massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding underwent emergency mesenteric angiography. An actively bleeding lesion was found in the cecum. Right hemicolectomy was performed. Histology revealed a Dieulafoy lesion of the cecum.
