Evidence From Microscopy and U–Pb Geochronology as a Clue to the Influence of the Cretaceous Magmatism in the Diagenesis of Pre‐Salt Carbonate Reservoirs in the Santos Basin (Brazil)

Carbonates from Santos Basin revealed U–Pb ages correlated with basalt ages (A), suggesting that they were formed during magmatic events. These events placed hot CO2 in the reservoir, which, when mixed with carbonate‐rich cold water (B), led to thermal convection, enabling the formation of the U contained in the carbonates.

Seasonal drivers of plant–soil–microbial community structure and functions in Western Himalayan grasslands, Pakistan

Plant species richness was greater in summer in both alpine and subalpine grassland ecosystems. Soil moisture demonstrates significant positive correlations with soil organic carbon and total nitrogen across seasonal periods. Microbial α‐diversity peaks during summer but maintains functional stability across seasons.

Biodiversity as a Dominant Force in Shaping Ethnic Music Styles 生物多样性:塑造民族音乐风格的主导力量

Our findings show that plant, bird, and mammal diversity considerably shape musical features such as vocal range and ornamental sounds, more so than geography or lifestyle. Our study provides the first empirical evidence linking biodiversity to ethnic music styles. Protecting biodiversity, the musical and cultural will be protected.
