On sums of k-generalized Fibonacci and k-generalized Lucas numbers as first and second kinds of Thabit numbers [PDF]
Let (Fᵣ⁽ᵏ⁾)ᵣ≥2-k and (Lᵣ⁽ᵏ⁾)ᵣ≥2-k be generalizations of the Fibonacci and Lucas sequences, where k≥2. For these sequences the initial k terms are 0,0,...,0, 1 and 0,0,...,2,1, and each subsequent term is the sum of the preceding k terms.

Abstract A subadult Moschognathus whaitsi from the Eastern Cape Province, South Africa, was scanned using synchrotron radiation X‐ray computed tomography (SRXCT). Its subadult state allowed the cranial bones and teeth to be identified and individually reconstructed in 3D.

Some Notes on Odd or Even Indexed Fibonacci And Lucas Sequences
The uniqueness of the sum of the elements of finite subsets of the odd oreven indexed Fibonacci and Lucas sequences are proved. Moreover, it is shownthat the odd or even indexed Fibonacci and Lucas sequences are superincreasingsequences.

Some Sums Formulae for Products of Terms of Pell, Pell-Lucas and Modified Pell Sequences
We derive some sums formulae for certain products of terms the Pell, Pell-Lucas and Modified Pell sequences. Also, we show that these sums can be rewritten in terms of these sequences.

Prime generating Lucas sequences
The distribution of prime numbers in Lucas sequences was investigated by independently changing the initial values and the multiplicative constants in the recursive definition of the sequence. The prime distribution was obtained by counting the number of primes in the first 1000 terms of various Lucas sequences. It was found that both smaller seeds and

Pseudorandom generators based on Lucas Sequences
Pseudo-random sequence generators are the heart of Stream-cipher systems. This work presents some design criteria for such generators. based on innovative methods. To this aim the Lucas Sequences, reduced modulo a prime p.

Abstract Dicynodonts (Anomodontia: Dicynodontia) were one of the main groups of terrestrial tetrapods in Permian and Triassic faunas. In Brazil, the genus Dinodontosaurus is one of the most common tetrapod taxon in the Triassic Santa Maria Supersequence. This genus has a complex taxonomic history and is represented in the Triassic of both Argentina and

On Some Relationships Among Pell, Pell-Lucas and Modified Pell Sequences
In this study, Pell, Pell-Lucas and Modified Pell numbers are investigated. Using Binet formulas for these sequences, some relations among these sequences are obtained. Also, some sum formulas are given by these properties.
