Immune endotypes in tuberculosis: Keys to decoding disease complexity
Abstract Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major global health challenge, with multi‐drug antibiotic regimens as the current standard of care. While effective at killing Mycobacterium tuberculosis, these treatments do not resolve persistent inflammation, prevent lung damage, or reverse immune dysregulation that contribute to poor outcomes and disease ...

Development of consensus guidelines for anticardiolipin and lupus anticoagulant testing
Interlaboratory and intermethod variation in commercial and in-house tests used for the measurement of anticardiolipin antibodies (aCL) and lupus anticoagulant (LA) limit the diagnostic value of the results from these tests.

An improved method for lupus anticoagulant detection
The diagnosis of lupus anticoagulant (LA) becomes difficult when there is a weak titer of LA antibodies. This study demonstrates that 20 minutes' incubation increases the sensitivity of the mixing test to diagnose LA by 23% and to suspect: the antibodies

Thrombembolic events in patients with non-hodgkin's lymphoma And anticardiolipin antibodies
