A case of cutaneous lupus erythematosus.

約10年前より春夏季にみられる脱毛と加えて9ヵ月前より出没をくりかえす顔面の浸潤性紅斑を有する59才男子例を報告した。組織学的に表皮萎縮, 液状変性とともに真皮上層の浮腫と毛包周囲, 血管周囲性の巣状のリンパ球を主とする細胞浸潤がみられた。電顕的に浸潤細胞と血管内皮細胞内にMTSをみとめ, 表皮内にfilamentous massと真皮内に30μ前後の無構造物質をみとめた。腎症状を欠き, 抗核抗体40倍, 抗DNA抗体80倍と低く, ARA(1982)の診断基準で11項目中4項目をみたした。本症例は北村の不全型としうるが, この型が全身型へ発展する可能性のあるものと考え, 最近のSCLEの概念との関連を考察した。
