Cross‐Modal Denoising and Integration of Spatial Multi‐Omics Data with CANDIES
In this paper, we introduce CANDIES, which leverages a conditional diffusion model and contrastive learning to effectively denoise and integrate spatial multi‐omics data. We conduct extensive evaluations on diverse synthetic and real datasets, CANDIES shows superior performance on various downstream tasks, including denoising, spatial domain ...

ABSTRACT Despite the transformative impact of cancer immunotherapies such as immune checkpoint blockade, durable clinical responses remain limited. Increasing evidence indicates that antitumor immunity is governed not only by the tumor microenvironment, but also by systemic immune regulation mediated by peripheral immune organs. Among these, the spleen

Cystic lymphangioma of the elbow in an infant: A case report
The macrocystic Lymphatic malformations are located in the neck in 75% and axilla in 20% of cases. Involvement of the upper limb and particularly the elbow is very rare. We report on a case of macrocystic lymphatic malformation localized at the elbow. It

Rare lymphatic malformation of external ear canal with history of sclerotherapy
An 8-year-old boy with history of conductive hearing loss, presented with a 3.1 x 3.1 x 2 cm left postauricular mass diagnosed as lymphatic malformation on imaging. Treatment with bleomycin sclerotherapy led to successful improvement of the malformation.
