Lycopene‐rich food biomolecules from tomato processing waste: Green recovery, biopolymer‐based stabilisation, functional food applications and health relevance

open access: yesFood Biomacromolecules, EarlyView.
Abstract Tomato processing waste, particularly peel and pomace, is a sustainable and low‐cost source of lycopene‐rich food biomolecules. Lycopene, a lipophilic carotenoid with an extended conjugated structure, provides intense red colour, antioxidant potential and functional value to tomato‐derived ingredients.

Prognostic Impact of Lymphovascular Invasion on Distant Metastasis in HPV‐Negative Head and Neck Cancer

open access: yesHead &Neck, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Lymphovascular invasion (LVI) is a recognized poor prognostic factor in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), particularly for regional recurrence and overall survival. However, its role in predicting distant metastasis, especially in HPV‐negative HNSCC, remains unclear. Objective To evaluate the association between LVI and

De‐Escalation of Neoadjuvant Treatment for HER2‐Positive Breast Cancer

open access: yesInternational Journal of Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT With improved prognosis in early HER2‐positive breast cancer, safely de‐escalating treatment is increasingly investigated to minimize overtreatment. This article focuses on neoadjuvant de‐escalation strategies for HER2‐positive breast cancer.
