Differential effects of anaesthesia on the contractility of lymphatic vessels in vivo
Contractility of lymphatic collectors is essential for the functionality of the lymphatic system and, thus, for lymph flow. Previously published rates of lymphatic collectors in mice vary from 1.1 to 17 contractions/min with little agreement between ...

Tuning the Morphological Properties of Granular Hydrogels to Control Lymphatic Capillary Formation
Tuning the morphological properties of granular hydrogels is essential to generate robust lymphatic capillary networks that express key lymphatic gene and protein markers. The study demonstrates that 3D in vitro lymphatic tube formation is controlled not by the mechanical properties of the gel, but by the pore size and topology (periodicity) of the gel

Clinical overview on RASopathies
Abstract RASopathies comprise a group of clinically overlapping developmental disorders caused by genetic variations affecting components or modulators of the RAS‐MAPK signaling cascade, which lead to dysregulation of signal flow through this pathway.

Tumor-Associated Lymphatic Vessels Upregulate PDL1 to Inhibit T-Cell Activation
Tumor-associated lymphatic vessels (LVs) play multiple roles during tumor progression, including promotion of metastasis and regulation of antitumor immune responses by delivering antigen from the tumor bed to draining lymph nodes (LNs).

Lymphangiogenesis in breast carcinoma is present but insufficient for metastatic spread
Introduction: The lymphatic vasculature is an important route for the metastatic spread of human cancer. However, the extent to which this depends on lymphangiogenesis or on invasion of existing lymph vessels remains controversial. The goal of this study

The therapeutic potential of ApoVs derived from stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED‐ApoVs) in the treatment of CD8+ T cell‐mediated hypersensitivity reactions is noteworthy. SHED‐ApoVs are capable of fusing with the plasma membrane of CD8+ T cells, which subsequently triggers a series of events characterized by calcium overload ...

Lymphatic vessels regulate immune microenvironments in human and murine melanoma.
Lymphatic remodeling in tumor microenvironments correlates with progression and metastasis, and local lymphatic vessels play complex and poorly understood roles in tumor immunity.

AAVR Expression is Essential for AAV Vector Transduction in Sensory Hair Cells
Decreased sensitivity to AAV vector transduction in the outer hair cells (OHCs) of adult mice is primarily attributed to reduction of AAVR (Kiaa0319l; Au040320). Knockout of AAVR reduces AAV vector transduction efficiency in both inner hair cells (IHCs) and OHCs in neonatal mice.
