Squamoid Eccrine Ductal Carcinoma: Case Series of a Rare, Potentially Aggressive Skin Cancer Associated With Immunosuppression

open access: yesJournal of Cutaneous Pathology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Squamoid Eccrine Ductal Carcinoma (SEDC) is a rare cutaneous adenexal carcinoma first described in 1997. It has distinct biphasic features on histology which commonly result in misdiagnosis as Bowen disease or cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas (cSCC) if diagnostic skin biopsies are too superficial. Primary Cutaneous Gamma‐Delta T‐Cell Lymphoma Complicating Long‐Standing Immunosuppressed Dermatomyositis

open access: yesJournal of Cutaneous Pathology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Primary cutaneous gamma‐delta T‐cell lymphoma (PCGD‐TCL) is a rare cytotoxic lymphoma with key oncogenic drivers in the JAK/STAT pathway. Also primarily involving the subcutaneous adipose tissue, subcutaneous panniculitis‐like T‐cell lymphoma (SPTCL) is more frequently encountered in scenarios of autoimmune disorders.

Aberrant Expression of Multiple T‐Cell Markers in Primary Cutaneous Follicle Center Lymphoma: A Rare Case Report

open access: yesJournal of Cutaneous Pathology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Aberrant expression of T‐cell markers in B‐cell lymphomas is rare and can pose diagnostic challenges. We report a case of a 65‐year‐old man presenting with newly developed scalp nodules. Histopathology revealed nodular lymphoid infiltrates composed of large centrocytes and centroblasts.
