Fizik Tanrı’yı Gereksiz mi Kıldı? Büyük Tasarım Kitabı Üzerinden Bir Değerlendirme

open access: yesULUM, 2018

Fractional shot noise of an SU(N) Kondo system

open access: yesBeilstein Journal of Nanotechnology
We consider transport through a multilevel interacting quantum dot (N-QD) in the Kondo regime. Using the Kotliar–Ruckentein slave boson approach (SBMFA) for an N-level Anderson model, we define effectively noninteracting quasiparticles of the SU(N) Kondo

Experience With Performing Rheocarna Therapy via the Single‐Needle Method for Treatment of Chronic Limb‐Threatening Ischemia

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction This study investigated the safety and efficacy of single‐needle Rheocarna therapy for chronic limb‐threatening ischemia (CLTI) with wounds. Methods Six patients with CLTI involving ulcers unresponsive to revascularization underwent single‐needle Rheocarna treatment.

Newton flow of the Riemann zeta function: separatrices control the appearance of zeros

open access: yesNew Journal of Physics, 2014
A great many phenomena in physics can be traced back to the zeros of a function or a functional. Eigenvalue or variational problems prevalent in classical as well as quantum mechanics are examples illustrating this statement.

Holographic informational membrane and M-theory

open access: yes, 2019
In this paper, we consider the interpretation of M-theory based on the holographic principle. A simple analysis gives the following result. Particle energy is proportional to the density of holographic information in space.

Enteropathogenic E. coli shows delayed attachment and host response in human jejunum organoid‐derived monolayers compared to HeLa cells

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC) infects the human intestinal epithelium, resulting in severe illness and diarrhoea. In this study, we compared the infection of cancer‐derived cell lines with human organoid‐derived models of the small intestine. We observed a delayed in attachment, inflammation and cell death on primary cells, indicating that host ...

STATUS OF SUPERSTRING AND M-THEORY [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Modern Physics A, 2010
The first lecture gives a colloquium-level overview of string theory and M-theory. The second lecture surveys various attempts to construct a viable model of particle physics. A recently proposed approach, based on F-theory, is emphasized.

Generalized geometry and M theory [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2011
We reformulate the Hamiltonian form of bosonic eleven dimensional supergravity in terms of an object that unifies the three-form and the metric. For the case of four spatial dimensions, the duality group is manifest and the metric and C-field are on an equal footing even though no dimensional reduction is required for our results to hold.

Janus and Hades in M-theory

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
Multi-parametric and analytic families of four-dimensional AdS3 × ℝ (Janus) and AdS3 × ℝ+ (Hades) solutions are constructed in the SO(8) gauged supergravity that arises from the consistent reduction of eleven-dimensional supergravity on S7 .

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...
