From workspace spirituality to performance: How digital skills and innovative work behavior shape teleworking outcomes

open access: yesIntangible Capital
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to introduce workplace spirituality (WSS) as a new theoretical construct that redefines the classic concept of WSS in the context of remote and digitally mediated labor.

4‐(5‐Chloro‐3‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxybenzoyl)‐1H‐indol‐1‐yl)benzenesulfonamide: A Novel Polypharmacology Agent to Target Carbonic Anhydrase IX and XII With Improved Selectivity, Wnt/β‐Catenin Signaling Pathway, and P‐Glycoprotein

open access: yesChemMedChem, Volume 21, Issue 4, 25 February 2026.
Polypharmacology is expected to produce higher therapeutic efficacy and lower cytotoxic and side effects. Compound 15 exhibited strong inhibition of the human carbonic anhydrase isoforms IX and XII and selectivity toward the adverse isoforms I and II.

The star cluster mass--galactocentric radius relation: Implications for cluster formation

open access: yes, 2015
Whether or not the initial star cluster mass function is established through a universal, galactocentric-distance-independent stochastic process, on the scales of individual galaxies, remains an unsolved problem.

The Star Cluster Population of M51: II. Age distribution and relations among the derived parameters

open access: yes, 2004
We use archival {\it Hubble Space Telescope} observations of broad-band images from the ultraviolet (F255W-filter) through the near infrared (NICMOS F160W-filter) to study the star cluster population of the interacting spiral galaxy M51.

High-Mass X-ray Binaries and the Spiral Structure of the Host Galaxy [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
We investigate the manifestation of the spiral structure in the distribution of high-mass X-ray binaries (HMXBs) over the host galaxy. We construct the simple kinematic model.

Tracing the Stellar Mass in M51

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal, 1993
We present optical and IR surface photometry of M51 (NGC 5194) at B, V, R, I, J, K, and CO(2.3 μm). These data are used to establish whether K band (2.2 μm) images of spiral galaxies provide reliable maps of stellar surface mass density features such as massive spiral arms or bars.

Exogenous Dopamine Promotes Tolerance in Rice Under Iron Excess by Improving Root Anatomy, Ionic Balance, Photosynthetic Performance, and Biomass

open access: yesFood and Energy Security, Volume 15, Issue 1, January/February 2026.
Exogenous dopamine is a molecule capable of minimizing the effects caused by Fe excess in rice plants, protecting the root anatomy and photosynthetic apparatus, promoting antioxidant defense, and stimulating the plant biomass through the intensification of nutrient uptake.

Age Management Practices and Benefits in Organisation: An Evaluation of the Effect of Economic Sector, Organisation Size, and Family Business Status

open access: yesBusiness Systems Research
The ageing of the population impacts all areas and is also a challenge for human resources management. To solve this issue, age management practices are used in organisations.

Submillimeter Array CO(2-1) Imaging of the NGC 6946 Giant Molecular Clouds

open access: yes, 2017
We present a CO(2-1) mosaic map of the spiral galaxy NGC 6946 by combining data from the Submillimeter Array and the IRAM 30 m telescope. We identify 390 giant molecular clouds (GMCs) from the nucleus to 4.5 kpc in the disk.

Bubbles and jets in the center of M51

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal, 1985
Optical and radio observations of the nucleus of the galaxy M51 are presented. The observations show that M51 appears to have a bidirectional jet which emanates from the nucleus and interacts with the surrounding interstellar medium. H-alpha + forbidden N II monochromatic photographs and VLA 20 cm and 6 cm radio maps reveal a bright, resolved cloud and
