Abstract The Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, reflecting two decades of major contributions to Alzheimer's research through open data sharing and longitudinal multimodal assessments. This review synthesizes 122 high‐impact studies using ADNI data or biospecimens from 2023 to mid‐2025 to ...

Abstract INTRODUCTION Early Alzheimer's disease (AD) involves subtle cortical changes that may precede atrophy. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) microstructural markers may detect earlier pathology than classical morphometry. METHODS We analyzed cross‐sectional MRI and amyloid‐β (Aβ) positron emission tomography (PET) data from 1323 non‐demented AMYPAD

Influence of Steel Modification Allied with 4-7%Si on Macrostructure
The goal of this paper is to test the effect of odification process of liquid steel with 4-7% silicon content, in the course of pouring out from steel-smelting furnace into ladlet, on macrostructure.

Optimizing reversible Zn electrodeposition is challenging due to tightly coupled degradation mechanisms. Here, we combine a symmetric cell design with fractional factorial screening and Bayesian optimization of pulsed electrodeposition to navigate this complexity, achieving a mean capacity loss of ∼1% per cycle.

Micro‐ and Macrostructure Effects on Hydrogen Release Using 3D‐Printed Reactor‐Catalysts
Not by its cover: We show here that the internal structure of a hydrogen generation reactor can govern the rates of reaction through a combination of efficient mass transfer and pore access, which can be optimized using metal 3D printing. ABSTRACT We report the design, fabrication, and testing of 3D‐printed Al–stainless steel reactor‐catalyst monoliths

Describing and interpreting the macrostructure of mineral soils - a preliminary report
A revised approach is presented for the description and interpretation of soil macrostructure. Structure is defined so as to include the size, shape and arrangement of voids as well as aggregates.

This study investigated how oral and proximal gastric digestion influences starch breakdown, estimated Glycemic index (eGI), and the bioaccessibility of phenolic compounds in wheat‐based baked products (bread and cookies). Simulated digestion showed that prolonged human salivary α‐amylase activity increased starch hydrolysis, glucose release, and the ...

Lifespan Trajectories of Asymmetry in White Matter Tracts
(A) Large‐scale lifespan modeling of white matter asymmetry. Diffusion MRI data from 35,000+ individuals (0‐100 years) across 50 cohorts were used to generate normative lifespan trajectories of white matter asymmetry. Thirty bilateral tracts were segmented, and microstructural (FA, MD, AD, RD) and macrostructural (volume, length) features were ...
