This chapter reflects on the future of madrasas. It argues that the future of madrasas is constrained by the inability of madrasa communities to make informed decisions about the complex world they inhabit; more specifically, to harness their full intellectual strength in order to make a meaningful contribution to a broader society.

2023Kültürel miras niteliğindeki yapılara bakıldığında taş malzemesi ana yapım malzemesi olarak sıkça kullanılmaktadır. Taş malzemesinin petrografik özelliklerinden dolayı yapılarda sıkça kullanılmasına olanak sağlamaktadır. Taş yapılar çevresel ve iklimsel etkenlere maruz kaldığında yapıların taş yüzeylerinde alterasyonlar meydana gelmektedir.
