In this paper, a variety of primary‐excited permanent magnet linear motors (PMLMs) are analysed and compared and a double‐sided flux‐concentrating slot permanent magnet linear motor (DFS‐PMLM) is proposed. The structural parameters of the proposed motor are optimised.

Focusing on the transportation organization characteristics of the high‐speed maglev station, this article simulates the train operation process based on the train running calculation and operation scheme of multi‐type trains, and analyzes the capacity of the station based on the simulation for multi‐type trains and typical‐layout stations.
