Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in the Heusler alloy Co2TiSi/GaAs(001) hybrid structure
Investigation of the thickness dependence of the magnetic anisotropy in B2-type Co2TiSi films on GaAs(001), shows a pronounced perpendicular magnetic anisotropy at 10 K for thicknesses up to 13.5 nm.

In isotropic two dimensional systems, long range ferromagnetic order is supressed by thermal fluctuations, and it is due to magnetic anisotropy that van der Waals magnetic materials can have ferromagnetic ordering at finite temperatures.

A significant anisotropy of the magnetic-field driven superconductor-insulator transition is observed in thin films of amorphous indium-oxide. The anisotropy is largest for more disordered films which have a lower transition field.

Random-anisotropy-axis magnet with infinite anisotropy
We have studied the random-axis magnet with infinite anisotropy by three methods: Cayley-tree approximation, Migdal-Kadanoff renormalization group (MKRG), and Imry-Ma scaling. In the Cayley-tree approximation, by an examination of susceptibilities, it is shown that there exists a competition between the coordination number z and the number of ...

Non-volatile electric field-mediated magnetic anisotropy in CoZr/ PMN-PT structure
Introduction: Although electric field mediated the magnetic anisotropy in ferromagnetic/ferroelectric structure have an intense report, the angle between the magnetic uniaxial anisotropy and strain anisotropy influencing the rearrangement of the magnetic

Anisotropic magnetoresistive and magnetic properties of La_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}CoO_{3-\delta} film
The magnetic and transport properties of La_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}CoO_{3-\delta} film grown on a LaAlO_3 substrate by pulsed-laser deposition are studied. The properties are found to be influenced by the magnetic anisotropy and inhomogeneity.

Controlling the Magnetic Anisotropy of the van der Waals Ferromagnet Fe3GeTe2 through Hole Doping. [PDF]
Identifying material parameters affecting properties of ferromagnets is key to optimized materials that are better suited for spintronics. Magnetic anisotropy is of particular importance in van der Waals magnets, since it not only influences magnetic and
