Anti-Levitation in the Integer Quantum Hall Systems
Two-dimensional electron gas in the integer quantum Hall regime is investigated numerically by studying the dynamics of an electron hopping on a square lattice subject to a perpendicular magnetic field and random on-site energy with white noise ...

LC Tuned Magnetic Levitation System
Aims: To design a LC tuned circuit to levitate a ferromagnetic material by magnetic levitation technique. Study Design: To eliminate the drawbacks of position sensors, self sensing system needs to be developed. AC excitation with LC tuned circuit was found as an alternative.

Light‑Driven Propulsion of Graphene Aerogels in Microgravity
Ultralight graphene aerogels convert laser light into thrust. Parabolic‐flight experiments directly compare their motion in microgravity and at 1 g, revealing order‐of‐magnitude enhancements in distance, velocity, and transient thrust when weight and friction are removed (∼50 times enhancement).

The Most Important Maglev Applications
The name maglev is derived from magnetic levitation. Magnetic levitation is a highly advanced technology. It has various uses. The common point in all applications is the lack of contact and thus no wear and friction.

Measuring the interaction force between a high temperature superconductor and a permanent magnet
Repulsive and attractive forces are both possible between a superconducting sample and a permanent magnet, and they can give place to magnetic levitation or free-suspension phenomena, respectively.

Study and Design of a Magnetic Levitator System [PDF]
Magnetic levitation is one of the mechanisms that is at the forefront of technology. It is used in its most basic form in educational teaching, where the principles of physics converge that have as their principle electromagnetism and the fields created by existing poles that repel according to a quantity of initial current, giving instructive ideas of
