Zn exposure up‐regulates GATA1, promoting GATA1‐mediated METTL1 and SLC7A11 transcription. It also enhances METTL1‐mediated m7G modification on SLC7A11 mRNA, increasing SLC7A11 mRNA stability. Magnetic properties of nanoparticle arrays

This thesis presents an investigation of the magnetic properties and dynamics of maghemite (γ-Fe2O3) nanoparticle assemblies using atomistic spin dynamics simulations. The study focuses on the collective magnetic behavior that arises from the complex interplay between short intra-particle and long inter-particle interactions.

Disruption of Treg Homeostasis in Rheumatoid Arthritis via Ferroptosis‐Mediated ETC Collapse and TXK‐STAT3/PLCγ1 Activation

In rheumatoid arthritis, synovial Tregs accumulate but are functionally impaired due to iron overload‐induced ferroptosis. This triggers mitochondrial dysfunction and TXK tyrosine kinase‐mediated signaling, leading to Treg destabilization and inflammation.
