Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Characteristic analysis of double excitation sensor based on F-30 multi-dimensional digital magnetic measurement system

open access: yesThe Journal of Engineering, 2019
According to the analysis characteristic of the on-line sensor of the mechanical device, the on-line magnetic field of the double excitation sensor is analysed by using the most advanced F-30 multi-dimensional digital magnetic measurement system. Using F-

Large linear magnetoresistivity in strongly inhomogeneous planar and layered systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
Explicit expressions for magnetoresistance $R$ of planar and layered strongly inhomogeneous two-phase systems are obtained, using exact dual transformation, connecting effective conductivities of in-plane isotropic two-phase systems with and without ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

The neural crest‐associated gene ERRFI1 is involved in melanoma progression and resistance toward targeted therapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.

A Combined Magnetoelectric Sensor Array and MRI-Based Human Head Model for Biomagnetic FEM Simulation and Sensor Crosstalk Analysis

open access: yesSensors
Magnetoelectric (ME) magnetic field sensors are novel sensing devices of great interest in the field of biomagnetic measurements. We investigate the influence of magnetic crosstalk and the linearity of the response of ME sensors in different array and ...

Magnetization Reversal and Magnetic Anisotropy in Ordered CoNiP Nanowire Arrays: Effects of Wire Diameter

open access: yesSensors, 2015
Ordered CoNiP nanowires with the same length of 4 µm and varying diameters (d = 100 nm–600 nm) were fabricated by electrodeposition of CoNiP onto polycarbonate templates.
