The Y supersaturation in the [Ba‐Cu(I/II)‐O] transient liquid composition is the driving force toward YBCO nucleation and growth in TLAG. Tuning the initial (Ba:Cu) molar ratio in the ink composition determines the YBCO epitaxial nucleation through supersaturation control.

Spin and Charge Control of Topological End States in Chiral Graphene Nanoribbons on a 2D Ferromagnet
Chiral graphene nanoribbons on a ferromagnetic gadolinium‐gold surface alloy display tunable spin and charge states at their termini. Atomic work function variations and exchange fields enabe transitions between singlet, doublet, and triplet configurations.

Magnetic doping of the topological insulator Bi2Te3 with erbium adatoms induces out‐of‐plane magnetism and breaks time‐reversal symmetry, opening a Dirac gap and driving a Fermi surface transition from hexagonal to star‐of‐David geometry. Microscopy, spectroscopy, and magnetic dichroism reveal atomically controlled magnetic interactions that tailor the

Understanding progression in primary progressive multiple sclerosis: a longitudinal clinical and magnetic resonance imaging study [PDF]
The work in this thesis applies magnetization transfer imaging (MTI) and conventional MRI measures (brain volume, T2 lesion load and enhancing lesions) to investigate the mechanisms underlying progression in primary progressive multiple sclerosis ...

Microstructure and magnetic properties of FePt(B4C) and FePt(B4C–Ag) granular films with perpendicular magnetization [PDF]
Multilayers [FePt/B4C (t nm)]10 (t = 0–0.4) and [FePt/(B4C)yAg1−y (0.1 nm)]10 (y = 0.2–0.8) films were deposited on a glass substrate and subsequently annealed by a rapid thermal process (RTP) at 800 °C for 3 min.

Self‐Cooling Molecular Spin Qudits
A material made of [GdEr] molecular dimers can encode a qudit and perform as a magnetic refrigerant. Microwave resonant pulses coherently manipulate its 16 spin states, while direct demagnetization measurements cool the material and a device down to temperatures below 1 K.

Magnetic structures, magnetic domains and topological magnetic textures of magnetic materials
This article first gives a brief review of magnetic structures, magnetic domains and topological magnetic textures and their relations. On the one hand, the magnetic domains are determined by the magnetic structures, the intrinsic magnetic properties and the micro-structural factors of a material.
