In this study, we demonstrate that aberrant MEKK3 signaling in endothelial cells and microglia drives the progression of cerebral cavernous malformations (CCMs). Furthermore, we identify DPDH as a potent small‐molecule MEKK3 inhibitor with substantial therapeutic potential for CCM treatment.

Time-Dependent Risk for Recurrence in Survivors of Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events
The prevalence of the population with a history of an occlusive cardiovascular event has been increasing in recent years, which means that a large number of patients will have a higher risk of presenting a fatal recurrence. The aim is to determine variables associated with time-to-recurrent cardiovascular events and analyze how changes in low-density ...

A biomimetic ultrasound‐responsive piRNA delivery nanoparticle platform (piR‐NPs) enables targeted delivery and ultrasound (US)‐triggered release of piR‐1873 in infarcted myocardium. The released piR‐1873 suppresses Usp2‐mediated RIP1/RIP3/MLKL necroptosis, reduces myocardial injury and fibrosis, and promotes cardiac functional recovery, providing a ...

Mitochondrial quality control (MQC) collapse redefines osteoarthritis, intervertebral disc degeneration, and osteoporosis as disorders of organelle dysfunction. Damaged mitochondria leak mtDNA and metabolites, driving cGAS‐STING inflammation, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic memory.
