The Korean Journal of Medicine, 2016 관류 장애 증후군이 동반된 근위부 거치 부위가 짧은 B형급성 대동맥박리에서 수술적 교정 대신 경피적으로 주 스텐트 이식편을 삽입하고 굴뚝술을 이용하여 짧은 거치 부위를 극복하였으며 관류가 저하된 각 분지혈관으로 개별적 스텐트를 삽입하여 좋은 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다.
