Paget’s disease of the breast: a contemporary perspective
The treatment strategy for Paget’s breast cancer (PBC), as for other morphological forms, is determined by the spread of the invasive tumor process, as well as the absence or presence of adverse factors. Significant prognostic factors, e.g.

S1 guideline sweat gland carcinoma
Summary The current classification of sweat gland carcinomas is based on histomorphological characteristics and distinguishes between more than 20 entities. Most patients are older, but some subtypes also affect middle‐aged and younger patients. The majority of tumors arise de novo. Sweat gland carcinomas have nonspecific clinical features.

We show that ionizing radiation (IR)‐induced damage in mammary fibroblasts results in a senescence‐like phenotype including enhanced EV and cytokine secretion. Proteomic profiling revealed that IR‐induced EVs are enriched with damage associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) and pro‐inflammatory mediators.

Treatment of Paget’s Disease of Bone
Paget's disease involves overactivity of both osteoblasts and osteoclasts within affected bone tissue. It is unclear in which cells the causative lesion resides, but therapies have generally been antiosteoclastic (antiresorptive) because these are the ...

Murine amniotic fluid stem cells contribute mesenchymal but not epithelial components to reconstituted mammary ducts [PDF]
Introduction: Amniotic fluid harbors cells indicative of all three germ layers, and pluripotent fetal amniotic fluid stem cells (AFSs) are considered potentially valuable for applications in cellular therapy and tissue engineering.

Schematic model showing the suggested mechanism that ZA induces classical activation of macrophages by impairing mitochondrial biofunction and inhibiting mitochondrial clearance to contribute to the pathological process of BRONJ. RAPA‐loaded nanoparticles ZDPR has shown potential in alleviating BRONJ lesions as well as treating osteoporosis or ...
