Serial Fetal Heart Rate Monitoring During Electroconvulsive Therapy in Late Pregnancy: A Case Report of Transition From Succinylcholine to Rocuronium Reversed With Neostigmine

In a pregnant patient with severe major depressive disorder, succinylcholine was replaced by rocuronium with neostigmine–atropine reversal during late‐pregnancy ECT because of a drug shortage. Serial fetal monitoring showed only transient changes, supporting feasibility under multidisciplinary management.
