El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la composición proximal, el perfil de ácidos grasos, el contenido de minerales, taninos, polifenoles, antocianinas, la capacidad antioxidante y el color de la pulpa del acai (Euterpe oleracea Mart), recolectada en el Amazonas venezolano, provenientes de 2 cosechas del año 2005.

A new Cu(II) coordination polymer with TEMPO‐derivative radical was synthesized. The spin topology is characterized by a triad (rad‐Cu‐rad) showing a ferromagnetic interaction, and this complex acts as a catalyst under mild conditions toward the Congo red dye oxidation.
