Rare cytochalasans isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Xylaria arbuscula

Fitoterapia, 2022
Four new cytochalasans, arbuschalasins A-D (1-4), along with thirteen known analogues (5-17), were isolated from the solid rice medium of endophytic fungus Xylaria arbuscula. Arbuschalasins A-B feature a rare 5/6/6/6 fused ring system while arbuschalasin D was characterized as the first example of natural cytochalasans that possesses a 5/5/11 fused ...

The metabolites of a mangrove endophytic fungus,Penicillium thomi

Journal of Asian Natural Products Research, 2007
The chemical constituents research of the fermentation of Penicillium thomi separated from the root of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza led to the isolation of a new compound, 4',5-dihydroxy-2,3-dimethoxy-4-(hydroxypropyl)-biphenyl (1) and 11 known compounds. The structures of isolated compounds were determined by spectroscopic and chemical analysis.

Anti-Inflammatory Meroterpenoids From the Mangrove Endophytic Fungus Talaromyces amestolkiae YX1

Phytochemistry, 2018
Four previously undescribed meroterpenoids, amestolkolides A-D, along with three known compounds were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Talaromyces amestolkiae YX1 cultured on wheat solid-substrate medium culture. Their structures were elucidated by a combination of spectroscopic analyses.

Two new metabolites from the mangrove endophytic fungus no. 2106

Journal of Asian Natural Products Research, 2008
Two new metabolites, named no. 2106 A (1) and cyclo-(N-MeVal-N-MeAla) (2), have been produced by the endophytic fungus no. 2106 isolated from the seeds of the mangrove Avicennia marina in Hong Kong. The structures were elucidated by 2D NMR, HR-MS, and X-ray diffraction analyses.

Alkaloids from the mangrove endophytic fungus Diaporthe phaseolorum SKS019

Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters, 2017
Six new alkaloids including four new chromeno[3,2-c]pyridines, diaporphasines A-D (1-4), and two new isoindolinones, meyeroguillines C and D (6-7), as well as three known compounds meyeroguilline A (5), 5-deoxybostrycoidin (8), and fusaristatin A (9), were isolated from an endophytic fungus Diaporthe phaseolorum SKS019. Their structures were determined

Two new metabolites from the mangrove endophytic fungus No. 2524

Journal of Asian Natural Products Research, 2004
Two new metabolites, the cyclo-(L-Phe-L-Leu1-L-Leu2-L-Leu3-L-Ile) (1) and (3S,4R)-dihydroxy-(6S)-undecyl-alpha-pyranone (2) have been produced by the endophytic fungus no. 2524 isolated from a seed of mangrove Avicennia marina in Hong Kong. The structures have been elucidated by spectra including two-dimensional NMR, ESI tandem mass spectrometry and CD.
