Thrombolytic proteins profiling: High‐throughput activity, selectivity, and resistance assays
We present optimized biochemical protocols for evaluating thrombolytic proteins, enabling rapid and robust screening of enzymatic activity, inhibition resistance, and fibrin affinity, stimulation, and selectivity. The outcome translates to key clinical indicators such as biological half‐life and bleeding risk. These assays streamline the development of

Expanding Hereditary Spastic Paraplegias Limits: Biallelic SPAST Variants in Cerebral Palsy Mimics
ABSTRACT Objective Hereditary spastic paraplegias (HSP) are rare neurodegenerative disorders marked by spasticity and lower limb weakness. The most common type, SPG4, is usually autosomal dominant and caused by SPAST gene variants, typically presenting as pure HSP.

Apatite occurs in many forms in nature, e.g. in teeth and geological minerals. Internally, biological apatite contains nanocrystals that are also found in synthetically prepared calcium phosphate nanoparticles which are used in biomedicine, e.g. for gene and drug delivery and for bone regeneration. Abstract Calcium phosphate is the inorganic component (

Quantum‐Grade Nanodiamonds from a Single‐Step, Industrial‐Scale Pressure and Temperature Process
Novel method for creation of nitrogen‐vacancy centers in 50‐nm nanodiamonds based on high‐temperature plastic deformation is demonstrated. Compared to the electron irradiation approach, it yields nitrogen‐vacancy centers with significantly improved charge stability, T1 relaxation time, and optical Rabi contrast.

A novel method for Mannheim curves in the Galilean $3-$space $G_3$
This research presents a novel method for Mannheim curves in three-dimensional Galilean space $ G_3$. Using this method, the necessary and sufficient conditions, along with the established results, must be satisfied for a curve in $ G_3$ to qualify as a ...

This study reports an in vivo self‐assembled siRNA strategy that enables the liver to generate small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) tagged with a muscle‐targeting peptide (MSP) and naturally loaded with myostatin (MSTN)‐siRNA. These MSP‐tagged sEVs are systemically delivered to skeletal muscle, efficiently silence MSTN, promote muscle hypertrophy, and ...

El hombre creyente y de hoy, ante la muerte
El hombre actual se plantea la muerte de una forma diferente a como hacía en anteriores generaciones. Una parte de cultura la ha desacralizado por completo, haciendo de ella algo solo terreno.
