Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Skill Training System of Manual Arc Welding [PDF]
We propose a training system of manual arc welding by means of Mixed Reality technique. The system consists of a face-shield-like Head Mounted Display (HMD) and a virtual electrode unit. The former unit is a video-see-through HMD having almost the same shape and size as an actual face shield. Mixed image of real environmental scene and virtual objects (

Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

MANUAL GUIDANCE IN GYMNASTICS: A CASE STUDY
Although the use of manual guidance in gymnastics is widely spread, little is known about the effects of this technique on movement kinematics. The goal of this case study was to evaluate the effects of two manual guidance procedures on movement ...

Manual Skill Generalization Enhanced by Negative Viscosity
Recent human-machine interaction studies have suggested that movement augmented with negative viscosity can enhance performance and can even promote better motor learning. To test this, we investigated how negative viscosity influences motor adaptation to an environment where forces acted only in one axis of motion.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Procedural skills workshops for primary care physicians in Israel: a comprehensive analysis
Background Some of the most common complaints addressed by primary care physicians (PCPs) require manual procedures, such as lacerations repair, abscesses drainage, ingrown toenails removal, dry needling for myofascial pain syndrome, and Epley maneuver ...

Cerebral Mechanism in the Development of Skill in Manual Work
The cerebral mechanism in the training process of manual work was examined by simultaneous recordings of motion analysis, EMG and EEG of the subjects in the course of acquiring skill in chain-stitching. Four phases of progress were distinguished: 1) the period of increasing speed, 2) agitation period of unrhythmic and inaccurate movement. 3) the period

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.
