Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Deep Ranking with Adaptive Margin Triplet Loss
CoRR, 2021 We propose a simple modification from a fixed margin triplet loss to an adaptive margin triplet loss. While the original triplet loss is used widely in classification problems such as face recognition, face re-identification and fine-grained similarity, our proposed loss is well suited for rating datasets in which the ratings are continuous values.
