Alkaloidal Metabolites from a Marine-Derived Aspergillus sp. Fungus

Journal of Natural Products, 2015
Fumiquinazoline S (1), a new quinazoline-containing alkaloid, and the known fumiquinazolines F (6) and L (7) of the same structural class were isolated from the solid-substrate culture of an Aspergillus sp. fungus collected from marine-submerged wood. In addition, isochaetominines A-C (2-4) and 14-epi-isochaetominine C (5), new alkaloids possessing an ...

Antibacterial anthraquinone dimers from marine derived fungus Aspergillus sp

Fitoterapia, 2019
As a continue investigation of the bioactive secondary metabolites from marine derived fungi, two new anthraquinone dimers (1, 2), along with three known anthraquinones (3-5) and two known xanthones (6, 7) were isolated from the marine-derived fungus Aspergillus versicolor. Their structures, including the absolute configurations, were elucidated by NMR,

Isolation of azaphilone derivatives from the marine-derived fungus Talaromyces variabilis

Fitoterapia
Three new azaphilone derivatives, namely talavaritones A-C (1-3), together with seven known compounds (4-10) were isolated from the soft coral-derived fungus Talaromyces variabilis. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by comprehensive spectral analyses, DP4+ probability analyses, together with experimental and calculated ECD spectra ...

Isocoumarin derivatives from the marine-derived fungus Phoma sp. 135

Tetrahedron Letters, 2016
Abstract The dihydro-isocoumarin derivatives 1 – 2 were isolated from the marine-derived fungus Phoma sp. 135. Structural elucidation was achieved through extensive spectroscopic evaluation including 1D- and 2D-NMR, accurate mass measurements, and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. We report herein the structure and absolute configuration
