Fretting amplitude map of martensitic stainless steels
On the basis of well-known dependence fretting process from the sliding amplitude [1], experiments was performed in order to verify the dependence of fretting process upon the slip amplitude. The reason is that the dependence of the fretting process from the sliding amplitude has been critically reviewed [2], [3].
