Addict BiolGenetic and personality factors jointly shape alcohol use disorder (AUD). We identified a BDNF haplotype associated with AUD and found that higher novelty seeking, harm avoidance and impulsivity characterise patients, especially early‐onset cases. These findings provide insights into AUD vulnerability.
