CMOS Silicon-on-Sapphire RF Tunable Matching Networks

open access: yesEURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking, 2006
This paper describes the design and optimization of an RF tunable network capable of matching highly mismatched loads to 50 Ω at 1.9 GHz. Tuning was achieved using switched capacitors with low-loss, single-transistor switches. Simulations show

Fractional matching preclusion for butterfly derived networks

open access: yesTheory and Applications of Graphs, 2019
The matching preclusion number of a graph is the minimum number of edges whose deletion results in a graph that has neither perfect matchings nor almost perfect matchings.

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Heterozygous loss‐of‐function alleles associate the conserved 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease EXOSC10 with hypersensitivity to the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Broadband Matching via Reflection Coefficient Modeling

open access: yesElectrica, 2016
In this paper, a practical method is presented to design broadband matching networks via reflection coefficient modeling. In the proposed algorithm, reflection function values () at sample frequencies are optimized to get the desired gain level.

A Parallel-Computing Approach for Vector Road-Network Matching Using GPU Architecture

open access: yesISPRS International Journal of Geo-Information, 2018
The road-network matching method is an effective tool for map integration, fusion, and update. Due to the complexity of road networks in the real world, matching methods often contain a series of complicated processes to identify homonymous roads and ...

Developmental programmes drive cellular plasticity, disease progression and therapy resistance in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Visualization of Biomolecular Networks’ Comparison on Cytoscape

open access: yesTsinghua Science and Technology, 2013
Similarities and dissimilarities between biomolecular networks cannot be intuitively recognized even after the development of several comparison algorithms because of the lack of visualization tools.

GLMNet: Graph Learning-Matching Networks for Feature Matching

open access: yesCoRR, 2019
Recently, graph convolutional networks (GCNs) have shown great potential for the task of graph matching. It can integrate graph node feature embedding, node-wise affinity learning and matching optimization together in a unified end-to-end model. One important aspect of graph matching is the construction of two matching graphs.

Stimulator of interferon genes agonist augmented antitumor immunity of osimertinib in Egfr‐mutated lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.
