The Association Between Advanced Maternal Age and Short Interpregnancy Intervals on Preterm Labor [PDF]
Background: Preterm birth is the leading cause of neonatal and infant mortality and has become a major health concern due to the increasing rates of infant deaths in the United States (WHO, 2017). Studying maternal risk factors for preterm labor provides

Endothelial Colony Forming Cells (ECFCs) acted as cellular cyborgs, stealthily transporting gold nanorods (AuNRs) into tumors to enable targeted near‐infrared (NIR) hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy. This approach triggers ferroptosis in melanoma and inhibits autophagy in breast cancer, revealing a tumor‐specific response to nanomaterial‐assisted

DECENT is a deep learning method that enhances noninvasive preimplantation genetic testing by accurately reconstructing embryonic copy number variations (CNVs) from cell‐free DNA in spent embryo culture media. By mitigating maternal contamination, DECENT improves diagnostic accuracy, even with high contamination levels, offering a reliable, noninvasive

ACLY is vital for early embryo development. IGF‐1 activates AKT to phosphorylate ACLY, driving its nuclear localization and recruitment of HATs (P300/HAT1), boosting acetyl‐CoA production and histone acetylation for transcriptional activation. Conversely, ACLY deficiency (via knockdown, knockout, or AKT inhibition) reduces nuclear acetyl‐CoA, disrupts ...
