microRNA‐7‐5p and α‐Synuclein SAA Predict Parkinson's Disease Phenoconversion
ABSTRACT Objective Corroborate blood neuron‐derived extracellular vesicle (NDEV) alpha‐synuclein (αSyn), the CSF αSyn seed amplification assay (αSyn‐SAA), and blood microRNA‐7‐5p (miR‐7‐5p) as markers for Parkinson's disease (PD) phenoconversion and determine if combining these markers would help select subjects who would be more likely to phenoconvert.

Scale-Change Symmetry in the Rules Governing Neural Systems
Summary: Similar universal phenomena can emerge in different complex systems when those systems share a common symmetry in their governing laws. In physical systems operating near a critical phase transition, the governing physical laws obey a fractal ...

Dirac‐Source Linear X‐Ray Detection Diode
Monolayer graphene imparts near linear current‐voltage behavior to a perovskite X‐ray detection diode, contrasting with conventional diode‐like responses. Exploiting graphene's Dirac dispersion and a Schottky‐like back‐to‐back junction, the device achieves six‐orders‐of‐magnitude dark current suppression while retaining linearity over 200 V, enabling ...
